"The 2010 Ultra is everything I was told about and more than I could ask for. Thanks Mickey, Kevin and the whole staff at Golden Isles H.D. V/r T.P."

"After driving south from Canada for 18 hours we spotted a billboard for Golden Isles H-D Dealer. My buddy Don Brault and I, anxious to unload and ride our bikes, were looking for somewhere to leave the truck and trailer for the week to continue on to Bike Week 2009 in Daytona Beach, FL. We cannot thank Richard Bowers and his employees at Golden Isles H-D enough. They allowed us to park our truck and trailer in their secured area for the week and Richard and the staff washed the truck and trailer. That's what I call Fantastic Southern Hospitality! If you're travelling I-95 through Georgia, Golden Isles H-D is a must stop for outstanding service. We look forward to visiting on our next southern journey."

"On April 7th 2009 I was riding from Gosse Creek, S.C. to Jcksonville, Fl. on my '07 Softail Custom. I was about 20 miles north of Brunswick when my back tire went flat. After making several phone calls and not getting any help, I called Golden Isles. The general manager and service manager immediately came out after they had closed and picked me and my bike up. They also fixed it the same evening and had me back on the road before it was dark. This was not something I expected at all. I am very greatful to know that I can count on them if I am in the area and something like this happens to me in the future. Thanks a million once again. SIncerely Ian Murray"

"In this day and age of so many people and businesses seeking the "almighty dollar" and putting the customers needs in a secondary category, it is ever so refreshing to find people like Bren, Mickey and all the staff at Golden Isles Harley-Davidson. This seems to be a dying breed. But,I am riding again thanks to their kindness and consideration. They have a deep appreciation of "people". I did not purchase my Dyna from them but they were so very helpful in my finding and purchasing the bike. They didn't make a sale of a bike but they sure found a lifelong customer. If I can't get it from Golden Isles Harley, I don't need it. Once again, with deepest sincerity, thank you."

"I cannot thank Richard Bowers and his crew at Golden Isles H-D enough. They allowed us to park our truck and trailer at their dealership for a week so that us northerners could ride to and from Bike Week 2009in Daytona Beach, FL. The staff helped me unload the bikes while I was waiting for others to join me; the truck and trailer were in a secure location; the staff greeted us when we returned and offered to help too. Now that's what I call Southern Hospitality. If you're travelling I-95 through Georgia, Golden Isles H-D is a must stop. Dexter Hodgeman Derry, NH "

"I purchace a used 2008 ULTRA CLASSIC from a dealer in Nc. I soon realized there was a major and dangerous problem with the cruse control. I spoke with Kevin and he told me to bring the bike in and they would take care of any problem. About a week later I delivered the bike to the dealership for service. Other than me missing a few phone calls at work the repair was completed along with a recall repair of which I had no knowlege of at the time I dropped the bike off. They also replaced a cracked mounting bracket which they discovered while removing the faring. All this was done under warranty at no cost to me. There is nothing more appreciated than having something done the right way the first time. The next week we took a 500 mile run with no reacuring problem. Bless You All !!!"

"Very GOOD PEOPLE here. "

"Just want to let Wes, Mickey, Richard and the Entire staff at Golden Isles HD know how much they are appreciated. Most recently, my valve cover gaskets were leaking, and I was on my way to Florida. The Service Department got my bike in the shop and got the repairs made while I waited. And while I waited, Wes (what a cutie!), Mickey, Richard, and the rest of the staff made me feel very welcome as I hung out in the lounge. I was able to continue on my trip with just a slight delay. Every time I've gone to this dealership, whether for a service appointment, to buy oil/filters, or just to look at my next bike, the folks there have made me feel welcome without being overbearing. I live closer to the Savannah dealership, but will always choose to do business at Golden Isles HD. Thanks for all you do!"

"I broke down on a 2008 Softail Deluxe on my way home from Florida to Massachusetts. I was able to make it to Golden Isle and I was blown away by the service and personal attention I received from Richard and Kevin. The professionalism and courtesy that I received Golden Isles was very appreciated during a trying time on long trip. They went above and beyond what they were expected to do - it made my delay a little easier to bear. If I make the journey again, I will certainly stop at Golden Isles. I highly recommend Golden Isles to anyone that needs service or a new motorcycle."

"After purchasing a VRSCAW in March. I attended my first Golden Isles H-D Customer Appreciation Days Party with some friends visiting from PA on Saturday. We rode there early, got some great bargins and I Demo'd 5 bikes following Wes on a great road tour (even with showers in the area that didn't stop the Demo rides). We had generous amounts of Delicious BBQ and Chicken for lunch, and my friends even won a 105th H-D shirt during the afternoon drawing. We talked to Richard Bowers, GM of Golden Isles H-D about places to see and to visit on nearby Jekyll Island where my friends were visiting. We didn't buy a new Harley, however our friends are going back to PA with a new puppy from the Glynn County Humaine Society, who were in attendance at the dealership. Thanks to all the Golden Isles H-D staff, Hog Chapter #1137 members, and volunteers for providing a wonderful Harley Davidson Family experiance, We had a Great Day, and "Ride Safe"!!! "

"On 08/16/2008 my wife Sandy and I rode up with two other couples on US17, from Jacksonville, for a day in the wind. When we pulled up to the dealership we were immediatly greeted by Richard Bowers (he did not tell us he was the GM)and directed inside for coffee and donuts. After introducing myself Richard took the time to suggest places for us to have lunch, to contact him for best places to visit if we do a ride to the Outer Banks (we are planning to do that)and swapped stories about our experiences over the years, pursuing the Harley Lifestyle. I have been riding Harleys for over 50 years and experienced all of the changes in bikes and dealerships that we have seen over the years. I personally knew, and dealt with, many of the Florida dealers from Orlando to the north end of the State. In all of my experiences I have never felt so welcomed, from the moment I arrived, as we did at Golden Isles. The other riders in our party felt the same way. Richard introduced us to his Store Manager (Teresa Massad) and told us that if we would call her in advance that they would have sandwiches waiting for us on our next visit. He made this offer even after he knew I was a UF Gator graduate and deep in Bulldog country. The time, courtesy, and hospitality extended to us by Richard and his staff made a great riding day, a perfect riding day. Thanks again to all we met at Golden Isles HD. Jerry Clark"

"This past weekend, 07/26/08, I arrived in Golden Isles, from the Central Florida area, where my group, DEFENDERS LAW ENFORCEMENT/MILITARY, were staying at the Econo Lodge, which is next door to the Harley Davidson shop. After arriving at the hotel, at about 1:30 pm, I noticed that I had lost my key and FOB to my '07 Ultra Classic and naturally wasn't able to get my bike running. I called a buddy of mine who was next door at the Harley shop and after speaking with one of the employees there, I was told that someone would be over to help me. A short time later your employee Joey Wilson came "running" up to the hotel from the shop and was able to manually by pass the alarm and get the bike running. I then took it over to the shop and left it with Joey as I was scheduled to be in a meeting at 2:00 pm. I returned to the shop about 30 minutes later and found that Joey had me a new FOB already programmed and my bike was ready to go (I had also locked the saddle bags, therefore, Joey had to take the guard off in order to the remove the saddle bag and my bike was already put back together when I got back to the shop). Joey took the time to explain everything to me, and even as we walked through the store he would hold the door open for me to walk through first. It's little things like this that makes a customer feel appreciated. Please extend my sincere thanks to Joey Wilson and the service manager Kevin Cooper for helping me. I've been to several Harley dealerships, but I can honestly say that the Golden Isles Harley dealership is by far the most friendliest and helpful that I have ever seen. If I ever get a chance to get back to Golden Isles, I will definintely be stopping in and spending some money. I will also be telling everyone I know of my experience with your delearship. Thanks again. "

"We had visited Golden Isles a few times when it first opened a few years ago. Sadly, we had not been impressed and so we hadn't made any real effort to go back. BUT, this past Saturday we made one of our rides up from Jacksonville to have lunch at the Georgia Pig. The owner had told us that they wouldn't have any pork for another hour or so. Since that's what we came for, we decided to kill the time by visting Golden Isles. The measure of a bood bike shop, at least to us, is how you feel when you first arrive. Is there that homey, you-are-family feel? Or is it cold and stuffy. Prior to Saturday when under prior management, the latter was what we always experienced. Not so this time! We immediately saw customers hanging out at the picnic tables and rocking chairs out front, swapping stories. We were greeted at the door by April (whom Art nicknamed Angel, because she IS one!). April told us all about the changes at Golden Isles and how much better things were now. It was obvious that they were better! The selection of motorclothes and accessories was fantastic! I wear an odd size of ladies jeans and always have to order them, but there they were sitting right there - and on sale, making it even better! We could literally feel the positive attitudes from the empoloyees and from the customers. We were made to feel right at home. I don't stay long at a place where I don't feel comfortable, but I could have spent the afternoon there. We then met Richard Bowers, the new GM. What an incredibly nice and genuinely caring man he is! It is obvious just how much he cares about the dealership and, even more importantly, about the customers or the "family" as he called it. Harley riders ARE family, and when we're treated that way at a dealership, then it's always a good incentive to come back again and again. The discounts that they offer to their HOG members are pretty much unheard of elsewhere. While some will offer 10% on meeting days, or have an occasional special, Golden Isles offers 15% every single day to their HOG members, the military and law enforcement/fire department officers. That is truly amazing. We had a wonderful visit, and found items that I hadn't seen at other dealerships, so we bought those while we were there. I collect dealer charms and had never found any at Golden Isles, but they have them now and they are very unique. We will be regular visitors there now any time we're taking one of our rides to Georgia. We'll be back, and will bring some of our other Harley rider friends with us when we come. We have never been made to feel so welcome and so at home as we were at Golden Isles. They have done a fantastic job of turning this shop around, and I'm sure that has a lot to do with Richard and his wonderful attitude about everything Harley-Davidson. Thank you so much for making our visit so memorable. We'll be seeing you again soon I'm sure!"

"I have been looking for a HRSCDX for a few weeks, when I decided it was time to act and not just "window shop" I came to Golden Isles Harley-Davidson. George was a top notch, no hassle salesman. From the moment upon entering the establishment, I could not have felt more comfortable. George worked through all of my paperwork and treated my family with the utmost respect. Once the purchase was almost completed; the sales clerks were very helpful in assisting me with obtaining my new Harley Davison gear, they were courteous, respectful, and a pleasure to do business with. Once my transaction was complete, I had a chance to meet Richard (General Manager). Richard took time from his day to listen to my personal comments about why I chose his dealership over any other local establishments. He was 100% genuine and I felt as if he took the time to listen rather then just give me the typical head nod and just agree with whatever I was saying. This dealership is THE place every person in the area should seek to do business with. If you go somewhere else and you feel as if the salesmen are cold, rude, or if you feel as if you do not belon. Turn around and drive towards Brunswick, GA. You will be glad you did! "

"I ride a Harley Davidson 2005 ultra classic that I purchased new and currently have 57,449 miles on it. On Sunday June 1 I left my home in The Villages, FL for Denville, NJ and when I had traveled about 200 miles I noticed my check engine light and check battery light were on. The next exit on I-95 was the Golden Isles exit which happen to be the exit for the Golden Isles Harley-Davidson Dealership. I notice the sign on the door indicating they were open 7 days a week and would be open in an hour at 12 noon. Just then Richard Bowers arrived (General Manager) and I told him about the panic lights on my bike and also indicated that I was traveling and asked what he recommended I do. He said to hold tight and he will call Kevin the Service Manager. To my surprise Richard returned a short time later and told me to run my bike around back to the service department because Kevin (on his day off) was on his way in to check out my problem. Kevin said my stator was burned out and he didn’t have one in stock but, would check with the parts department to see if they could find one somewhere. One was found at the Savannah store but no way to get it. April who works in merchandise sales heard our dilemma and volunteered to drive up to Savannah to get the part. When she returned I offered her gas money which she refused and told me not to even think about trying to get her to take it. They opened the store at 12 noon and had me back on the road at 4 pm on a 'Sunday'. In my opinion this is Customer Service at the highest level. The courtesy and eagerness to get me back on the road shown by Richard, Kevin and April makes me proud to be a Harley owner. I told my wife that I now have an extended family at the Golden Isles Harley-Davidson in Georgia and will always stop there on my travels up north. "

"Golden Isles Harley-Davidson Shop is by far the most friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional dealership I have had the opportunity to deal with. I have visited numerous dealerships over the past few years and two of those stand out as the best ever with Golden Isles being the at the very top. I was at the shop in Charleston, SC THREE different times with a head gasket problem. The last time they kept the bike TWO weeks and the gasket still leaked. When I took the bike to Golden Isles, within a few days, the part was in and installed. Kevin got it right the FIRST time. Upon meeting Richard for the first time yesterday, I am convinced the dealership is a "5 star shop" I will deal with in the future. If my bike needs repair or breaks down in front of the Harley-Davidson shop in Charleston, SC, I will trailer it to the Golden Isles Shop before I would use the Charleston, SC shop. Thanks again to Kevin, Richard and all the employees at Golden Isles for their interest in their customers. I am very appreciative. If anyone is looking for a good dealership for a new bike AND/OR great service, go to Golden Isles Harley-Davidson Shop in Brunswick, GA. Perry Jesup, GA"

"I really enjoyed my experience purchasing my new Motorcycle. Everyone there was extra nice and went the extra mile to make sure everything was okay."

"I travel alot around the country, both as a truck driver and on my HD. I have had the fun of stopping at dealers all over the US and at last count I have been to about 300 dealers so far. I usually stop in check out the offerings of each store compare some prices if I am shopping for something and always get a t-shirt. Today I had the pleasure, and I mean the PLEASURE, of stopping in your store in Brunswick. While walking around a sales person, I later learned his name was Ed Pearson, was working with a young customer. I have seem and hear alot of different sales people work with customers but was really impressd as I overheard Ed and the customer going over the different bikes. Ed was so good with this customer, explaining what to expect from sitting on the different models, how the customer would feel on the bike, what postion he would be sitting, and how the controls fit the model bike. He explained to the customer how he would feel riding on the bike, how the controls would feel and operate, and what to expect from the various models. He certainly was very interested in getting the customer educated in the product that would work for the customer. This was a young person being taught by a knowledgeable salesman who cerainly wanted his customer to understand the different models. It was nice to see the seasoned rider explaining bikes to the younger, maybe new, rider. I have not heard or had a salesman take such a interest in trying to really help the customer the way he did. It was vey refreshing, and he is a real asset to this dealer. I really found my stop one of the best ever and will always stop when in the area."

"On April 12, 2008 I was on a return trip to my home in Florida from Maryland when I had mechanical problems with my 2006 Classic. After checking the extent of the problems and realizing that it was not a "side of the road quick fix" I called the closest dealer to my location which was Golden Isles. I explained on the telephone what the problems were and where I was located and was told someone would be there shortly to trailer me to the shop where a Techincian would look at the bike. The bike was picked up and taken to the dealership where a lift was cleared and the Tech started looking at it to diagnose the problem. At the same time the Service Manager started the required paperwork to speed the process along. The Tech found the problem and Parts Department had all the required parts, the bike was fixed and I was on my way home that night to the Tampa Bay area of Florida. From the time I made the telephone call (3:15 PM) to the time I was on my way home (prior to 5:00PM) was well under 2 hours. All I can say is a big THANK YOU to all the employees of the dealership and especially to the Store Manager as he was the one to respond with the truck and trailer. I have had mechanical problems with different Harleys on road trips over the past 35 years but I have never received such quick service anywhere in the entire US of A. This is a class A dealership to say the least. Anytime I pass by on another road trip, I will stop by to say Hello and grab a quick cup of coffee. Thanks again Ted Paulson Brooksville, Fl."

"Your "new " staff in the service department is top notch!! Every visit I get treated like I am the most important person to them. My bike is serviced quickly and the job is done right the first time!!!! Hats off to a very professional team!!!!"

"To everyone at Golden Isles HD, Thank You for understanding my needs and assisting me with my purchases to set up my new FLHT. The word will spread and this is my new home. "

"I came buy hauling two Harleys to Atlanta. It was close to 5:00. I know NOTHING about motorcycles. I just was worried about how I had tied down the cycles on the trailor. George Mader helped us tie down the cycles correctly. He also took time to look up the Vin numbers on the bikes. He also gave me a possible price on each bike. He is an asset to Harley-Davidson and and to Golden Isles. Thanks again"

"Riding to Louisville, KY from Daytona Beach on our brand new Road King and on the way home from a great 2,900 mile vacation we had a rear flat tire that could have ruined an otherwise great time. After contacting H.O.G., they sent us a wrecker that got us to one of the best Dealerships that I've ever been to. The Sevice Dept. was fantastic and got us back on the road in no time. Thanks to Dena and the Techs/Mechanics and George and all the others at Golden Isles H.D. that made our afternoon "stay" pleasant and relaxing. What could have ruined our "Trip of a Lifetime" turned out to be just another great part of our journey! "

"On my way back from Daytona, 3/10/07, my 2002 Heritage Softail encontered an oil pump problem leaving me stranded on I-95, approximately 48 miles south of the Savannah dealership. I placed a call to Harley roadside assistance requesting a tow to the dealership. Within 45 minutes Randy Buckley, General Manager of Golden Isles Harley-Davidson in Brunswick Georgia, arrived with a trailer to help. In the mean-time I had reserved a rental truck from Budget in Savannah. I , at that point was 450 miles from home and running out of options because I had to be back at work on monday. Randy very willing drove me to Budget, we arrived a few minutes after 5 to find the doors locked and everyone gone. I had confirmed the rental twice by cell phone on the way. I would never recommend Budget for any hope of help. However, the opposite can be said for Randy and the wonderful people at Savannah Harley Davidson. The mechanics were geting ready to go home for the day, and without any hestitation stayed to see what they could do to get me back on the road. Unfortunately, my problem was to big to be fixed in a short while and I had to get my son to drive down early sunday with a borrowed trailer and get me home.Saying THANKS doesn't seem to even cover my appreciation and all the help I was given by this dealership. If I lived any where close, this would certainly be the kind of folks I would love to deal with on a daily basis. As a note, Randy also followed up with a phone call to make sure I did get home and once again offered any assistance he could lend. From the bottom of my Harley heart THANKS."

"On my way to Daytona Beach, my 2004 FLHT broke down at the Spur 25 exit off of I-95 at 4:30 pm 3/7/2007. I contacted HOG for roadside assistance. They contacted the Golden Isles HD dealership. It was the most satisfying experience I've had with any service provider. The General Manager (Randy Buckley) drove 23 miles to tow the motorcycle to the dealership. The Service Advisor (Dena Miller) maintained contact with me during the entire process. Upon arrival at the dealership (after they had closed for the day), Kevin (service technician) was waiting to determine whether the motorcycle could be repaired. After about thirty minutes, Kevin had the motorcycle running perfectly. I was able to continue my trip to Daytona Beach and return home after a very satisfying experience both at the HD dealership and at Daytona Beach. I highly appreciate the treatment, the professionalism, and the caring attitude demonstrated by Randy, Dena, and Kevin to a fellow Harley rider. Thanks. Victor"

"All my deepest thanks to George Mader and all of the staff at Golden Isles Harley Davidson. They made me feel at home like one of the family. My cycle purchase was made smooth and easy. I hope I made it easy for them as well. Thank you very much. "

"I just had the most awesome experience I have ever had at a Harley dealership. The Golden Isles Staff is the best of the best. They made me feel like I was family instead of a customer. And the best part is, I got an awesome new ride, a 2007 Heritage Softail Classic with the coolest custom paint job. Thanks for making e feel like family and making my experience so enjoyable. If you want a Harley and don't go to Golden Isles Harley you are making a mistake. Please come share in the experience like I have. See you on the open road."
